When can I visit the Library?
As stated in my introduction, students have the opportunity to come to the library biweekly through their core Language Arts class. They can definitely come before school and after school and between classes only if they have time, I don't write passes to get into class late. They can also get a pass from a teacher any hour. Any parent or guest may come at anytime during our school hours from 8:00am to 3:10pm. You will need to get a pass from the front office and you will be directed to the library. Guide to Book Care
- Keep your books in a safe place.
- Return your books on time.
- Do not eat or drink while reading library books.
- Keep books away from pets and little ones.
- Use a bookmark.
- If the library book has been damaged, bring it to your librarian. Do not repair the book yourself. Your librarian has the right tools and training to fix books.
- If you lose your book or it is damaged while in your care, talk to your librarian.

Hello, my name is Mary Sumner and I went to Wichita State University to attain my Bachelor's in Business Administration. I am here to promote your child's education through the interest of reading and focus on their continued learning. Thanks for this wonderful opportunity to share in your child's life. The students at Stucky check out their library books through their core Language Arts class bi-weekly.
They also have opportunities before and after school for check out.
