Students show off Stucky activities by creating a Flash movie. To complete the movie students took digital pictures of an activity in one of their classes, placed them in order using MovieMaker, then wrote a narration about the activity. Students learned the importance of the 5 W's and H in storytelling. After completing their slideshow they converted it to a Flash movie for use on the Website.

Practice Slideshow:
Students used Mrs. Kellogg's Propoganda project pictures, which were provided to create a sample slideshow. They selected pictures and resized them on day one. On day 2 they imported them in MovieMaker, arranged them, and added transitions. Students wrote a narrative and recorded it on day 3, then Published the movie. On day 4 they learned how to import the movie in Flash and create a Flash movie, and how to publish the movie. View Sample Propaganda Slideshow

Choose your topic, fill out the permission form, and make arrangements to to take the photographs for your project. Photograph specifications

Take your photographs. Import them into MovieMaker. Arrange the pictures and add the transitions. Write your narrative and record it. Finish (step 3) the completed slideshow. Moviemaker directions

In Spring 2008 students are not assigned the Dreamweaver portion of the unit.

A rubric will be used to evaluate the project.
