Mrs. Boddy has 13 years experience teaching technology. Her classes include hands-on activities in robotics, graphic design, and video production. She is one of the writers of the Wichita Public School's middle school technology curriculum, which was implemented in 2005. She has conducted training for educators in robotics, graphics, clay animation, and distance education. Mrs. Boddy has presented at local, state, national, and international educational conferences including the Mid-America Computers in Education Conference (MACE), the National Education in Computing Conference (NECC), and the Ed-Media World Conference. She received an International Society for Technology in Education Special Interest Group Telelearning (ISTE SIGTel) award for her work with middle school students and distance learning.
